Rev. Lee Young has been at CrossRoads Community Church and Christian Academy for ten years as Senior Pastor.  He just recently also took over the duties of Academy Director.  Pastor Young graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Spanish certified to teach.  He was a football coach and Spanish teacher at La Vega High School in Waco, Texas before going full time into the ministry.  It was at First Church of the Nazarene where he first went into the ministry.  He has served for 15 years in ministry in both Texas and Florida. 

     Pastor Young brings a unique perspective to CrossRoads serving as a pastor and as a public school teacher.  He has a strong belief in a high quality education, but he also believes in the importance of a Christian atmosphere where the children and families can experience the love of God in the education experience.
